When I talked to them to try to regain access to my money, the person that I was told was the branch president said that it did not violate their policies.
I highly advise not using this bank.
Essentially, they assisted my ex with taking all of the money that I had put into their bank.
AVOID using this bank if possible.
They took my name off of my account, without my permission, at the request of my ex. They had deposited about 3 thousand dollars in checks made out to me in the account about two days prior.
